Terms of Service
Last updated September 17, 2026
Read section 7. Where we publish training or fitness software, it is not medical advice, and no app can tell whether a given session is safe for your body on a given day.
1. This agreement
These terms govern your use of this website, which is operated by Deadlift Digital LLC. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
2. The website and the apps are separate
These terms cover this website only. Each app we publish is licensed to you under its own end-user licence agreement, and your use of it is also subject to the rules of the app store you obtained it from. Where an app's own terms conflict with these, the app's terms govern that app.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or use the site to help someone else break it;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system;
- interfere with the site's operation, including by overloading it;
- scrape or harvest the site at a rate or scale that degrades it for others;
- misrepresent yourself as us, or imply an association or endorsement that does not exist.
4. Our intellectual property
The name, logo, design, text, imagery and software of this site belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may read, link to and quote the site normally. You may not copy it wholesale, present it as your own, or use our names and marks as if you were us.
5. Links to other sites
We link to app stores and to our own product sites. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for what they contain or do. A link is not an endorsement.
6. Availability
We try to keep the site up, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
7. Not medical, and not professional, advice
Where our apps or this website describe physical training, nothing we publish is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan, and none of it is a substitute for a qualified professional who can actually examine you.
Physical training carries real risk of injury, and that risk is higher if you have an existing condition, are returning from injury, are pregnant, or are training in heat, cold or at altitude. Consult a physician before beginning a training programme. Stop and seek help if something hurts in a way that training should not.
You train at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own judgement about what your body can do on a given day.
Nothing we publish is affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of the United States Department of Defense, any branch of the armed forces, or any government agency. Preparation standards, selection criteria and entry requirements change; the authoritative source is always the official one, not us.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising out of your use of this site — even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability arising out of this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Missouri for any dispute that is not resolved informally first.
If a provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
12. Changes
We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
