Our material
Unless marked otherwise, everything on this site is copyright Deadlift Digital LLC. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
Reporting infringement
If you own copyright in material that you believe has been used on this site without permission, send our designated agent a written notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act containing all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or someone authorised to act for them.
- Identification of the work you say has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you are complaining about, with enough detail — a URL is ideal — for us to find it.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and — under penalty of perjury — that you are authorised to act for the owner.
A notice that leaves out any of these six items may not be effective. Misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Counter-notice
If we remove material of yours and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice. It must identify the material and where it appeared, include your name, address and telephone number, state under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.
Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances we will terminate access for people who repeatedly infringe copyright.
